This podcast is about The Great Resignation, also known as The Big Quit, and The Great Opt Out. Everything started in early 2021, and much has already been said and written about it.
Some argue that the only way to develop is to opt out for better things. In contrast, others say that the mass exit is harmful and permanent.
So, what is the current state of affairs in the workplace? Is it time for a comeback after The Great Resignation? There is so much to dig in. Here's everything!
According to Natasha Bowman, companies across all industries should be aware of the Great Resignation and its possible consequences. It also doesn't appear to be slowing down. Employees are already inquiring about benefits and pay, and keeping staff may probably grow increasingly difficult. Employers should give customizable employee benefits, rewards, recognition, and a great employee wellness program to assist and engage their employees to retain them better. Employers must accept that there are some major workplace lessons to be learned from this pandemic and support their employees with trust, transparency, and respect.
