Sudarshan is an Associate Director with Deloitte India Consulting who's advised several large and mid-cap organizations on matters related to compensation, performance, organization design, job architecture, competency design, and career development. Prior to Deloitte, he worked with Hero, Aon Hewitt, TAS, and Maruti Suzuki. He is a postgraduate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds a bachelor's in engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Sudarshan shares a passion for watching and playing football, he has been a vocalist for his college band in the past and prefers to read extensively about early-stage organizations and their growth journey.
